If I had a manual tranny instead of my auto on my car would I be able to beat a stock new civic si, assume I still have the same mods I have now??

hmm...i think you would...the new civic si's look heavy and u got a accord ex meaning u got the v6, 155 hp stock, plus the I/H/E/PP/ you definitely got him ...BUT thats with the manual, just try racing him with ur auto u might have a chance

So lets say a Si runs middle to high 15s stock. An accord ex with your mods and a 5 speed would put you below in the high 15s. I think it would be all up to the driver.

samsuma...i have an I4 in my ex.....145hp stock.

And actually i raced one from a dead stop and he had me off the line easy but not before long i was catching up, but then he'd shift and would start leaving me, that went on till 3rd then we just quit.

I raced one going about 30, he was slowly, i mean slowly, pulling away but he me being a manual shouldn't change that, should it?
