What do you mean by "350f-400r"?

I have Bilstein HD's so I need the adapters as well

I think he is talking about the spring rates. That is the beauty of GC's....you can select your own spring rates.

I perfer springs....doesn't matter about spring rates that much.

be careful if you drive aggressive... the locking collar is held on by a little screw that could easily break and drop your car on it's bumpsticks. be careful I've heard this happening to others that drive aggressively (mainly hard cornering)
