i am looking into getting some koni yellows with custom ground control springs...i have a friend that is running F400lbs R450lbs and he likes the setup really well......but my car is a tad bit heavier and i was thinking about going alittle stiffer (F450lbs R500lbs)....i was told that the Koni yellows can take a spring rate around 500lbs, my question is "is this true?" and do you think the koni's will hold up to 500lbs with no problems...thanks

this is not revalved konis...just off the self koni yellows, and i have a 98 civic LX sedan

As I understand it, OTS Koni's can handle 500lb springs, and 550-600lb is around the limit. However I would definately contact koni or ground control about this just to be sure.
