Is it worth rebuilding Koni yellows now days,or is there better products out that are around the same price as a rebuild?

Also the Konis are on a 95 civic and I might buy a 2000 Integra,will the Konis fit on the Integra?and would they have to rebuilt for the extra weight?..ect

I tried the search feature but I never get results.
