I had mines for little over 7months and yeah at first it did bother me but now I do not even notice, funny thing I have a buddy with 2000 integra and he made a list of things on RSX he didn't like and the armrest was one of them (everytime he wants to go and trade-in he looks at the list) :D

I bet it would bother all of you if you took a long trip.

It looks like you could plug one in that narrow slot next to the driver's seat in thte console.
I guess if you took a long trip it might be a bit of a hassle not to have one. Then again, if you have a lot of road in front of you, you could get some spirited driving in, and wouldn't have time for the armrest... JMO.

Flat 500 miles of NOTHING, except tumble weed and lot's of cops

Seriously, I dreed driving through Kansas. In fact, I sold my VTEC del Sol just so I wouldn't have to drive it to Atlanta when I move there next month.

BMW and Acura ( I hate to say it and no flames intended) are apples to oranges.

Sorry, BMW's only real competition is MB
I would say that the BMW 3-series Coupe is closest in terms of the driving experience to RSX Type S... I think Honda has worked hard to make sure that.

If you haven't already, drive both cars and you'll see what I mean.

Gosh, if you want comfort, just lean the damn seat all the way back... Set the cruise... Put your knee on the wheel and go to sleep. It's straight road ain't it?

I had a GS-R with a armrest/storage compartment. I miss the extra storage but, like Tom it sort of bothered me in the begining but now I don't even notice.
