leaking clutch fluid, help.

I am leaking clutch fluid in my 94' LS. I can look down by the floor and where the top of the clutch pedal goes through the firewall is where it looks like the source of the leak is.

Has anyone had this problem before? If so what is it? Is it expensive to fix? Can a mildly mechanically inclined person fix it?
