My current mods are none of your biz :ninja! I DO have
LoJack, though. Want to get that Viper GPS alarm,
ultimately. I'm holding off on installing the Recaro
until I get the passenger side, since I have OEM
carpet, and plan on "upgrading" the interior all at once.

sorry to thread jack, but we installed my cam at work today in about 2 hours inbetween oil changes and whatnot..so i let it break in for like 60 miles or so, then i kinda start to test it out and let loose some while cruisin with my buddy (02 mustang gt)

this thing fuckin RIPS holy shit i love aftermarket camshafts. i wish i had a B series engine to trick out instead of a D cause itd pull so much harder..it gives more tq through the lower rpm ranges but the top end is just unbelieveable now. i feel like i have something to compensate the lag. its so great. i even hung(a little ways) with my friends mustang(cai,chipped) from 25-60-65 or so. hung with a s2k good. man this fuckin rapes. i cant wait to find a crx and swap in a b18b, some big ass turbo cams, and another t3/t4. the best part is i do this shit with friends or at work so labor is no issue. vtec actually hits hard now.. :giggle wow i take back whatever i said about foxbodys being my next mod car. fuck that shit hondas=easy to work on+cheap to buy.

AND any opnions on what i should do next? if anything? i dont plan on converting to manual trans. well maybe. i just added up the price of the mods i listed above and i got $4620. holy fuck. and thats not counting the s300 or the dsm 450s cause they arent on my car so they arent mods. or the cost of the car, or the cost paid to repair it after i wrecked it. that IS counting the tanabe exhaust, even thought it isnt on, it will be soon hopefully.

Im gonna limit future mods/upgrades to jsut this summer, or it would be to long.

-upgrade to gsr or type r brakes(including rear disc conversion)-
-12" JL W3s w/ JL amp-
-Pioneer speakers-
-new floormats-
-possibly recover the seats-
-AEM CAI-
-Maybe some headers...we will see-

its an obx, i know it isnt toda or crower so i cant tell you how well known or how the reliability is. it is fairly cheap, like less than 300. but if you want brand name i would suggest zex.i think it was # 59300(obx) or somethin idk, its a stg1 kinda mild, for use with stock valves/springs/retainers for turbo or NA. but it works damn good with mine. i had it since before i went turbo but didnt know how to put it in til i worked at pennzoil.

why would you get low comp pistons and NOT go turbo?

My Project

I am looking for a Payn Technologies pulley Kit. they seem to be out of business...
So with a Crv Pulley and the 8-rib Kit hoping to be around 16 PSI (estimate)...
Thought for a long time about a turbo, but theft is really bad in Hawaii,and I can keep my sol close to stock appearance (no big intercooler)with a Vortech Kit.
