Little Problem...Hopefully not Big

Alright I just purchased a 1996 Accord Ex F22 and i was driving it quite a bit today and noticed on the highway in the 50-60 mph range it would be shifting around a lot (trying to find the right gear). I have never had a automatic before i dont know if this is normal but I thought i would ask if anyone had any ideas.

Explain yourself a little better.. are you cruising at 50-60 and its constantly shifting into 3 and 4? or is it when you accelerate? whens the last time the fluid was changed? It sounds like a shitty trans ECU
