I have an ls block with crank, I can build you an Ls/vtec with a b16 head and b16 pistons. Im in california. I have the b16 head assembly but it needs a little repair...a venture to 10,000 rpms sucked a valve. the block needs honed too, but thats standard work with ls/vtec swaps
