Personally-Ihave Koni on all 3 cars and love em. IF that is not in your budget then maybe KYB AGX.

I'm getting the Eibach Pro Kits on my 98 Coupe What shocks do you guys recommend ?

kyb agx doesnt make any struts for 6th gen accords.
tokico illumina or koni yellow. bilstein just came out with a strut for our car, but dont know how good it is....

i would go with tokico illuminas
best bang for the buck probably would be the illuminas
Tokico Blues aren't that great. I've got them paired up with H&R's and they don't seem perfectly smooth.
