Ok, dude, let me ask you a couple of questions, You know what your spring and strut assembly is? If you do then you know what all components are involved in it, right?(strut, spring). Well, I know that once you lift your car and take a tire off, you will notice how to remove it, After you do that take the assembly to a tire shop or a place where they do struts, and they will remove the old spring and install the lowering spring back on the strut. After that all you need to do is go back to the car and install the spring/strut assembly back on your car. and you are done. The shops usually charge life 5 to 10 dollars a strut to remove the old spring and install a new one. Do no try it at home, if you try taking the spring off the strut, it is under tension and when you loosen it it will shoot out and hurt you. You can also rent a spring compressor so you can loosen the strut and remove the spring, but that costs more money and I think taking them to a shop is easier. So if you know how to remove your strut assembly from your car then you are set. Other wise, I don't know of any site that has step by step instructions. Just give it a try, its easy. Lates.

Hey , thanks for the info ...... peace:D
OR you could just buy a set of ajustable coil-over shocks... then you can control your hieght and sometimes your ride (depending on the coil-over) Little more pricey though look to spend no more than $2000 for a set of four. (Best bet around $1000-1400)

Ok ok .... I have a 95 accord and I also have 17" rims and Yokohama Racing rubber... I also put in my own suspension for excellent control but if you put it on yourself you are increasing your chances to pay even more. the slightest off balance will just fuck up everything and I asure you it will cost alot more then 1000$ so take your time with it raised for now because I found it annoying getting used to my really low bodykit with my car being lowered but I will admit it looks great.
