Pretty much all springs settle...it's just the way things work. Heck, if you jack up a stock car till the tire's off the ground then lower it back down it'll prolly be higher than before till it gets a chance to settle...

H&R is a good quality brand...I prefer them over Neuspeeds personally. But keep in mind that Race springs are going to have high spring rates, so you'll need aftermarket shocks, and you'll need to be prepared for a bumpy ride.

after skunk2 coilovers anything will be less bumpy. I will be riding on H&R race springs once I receive them in the mail.

I got NEUSPEED RACE SPRINGS ON 98 SEDAN 4 BANGERS.

IT IS BEEN SWEET RIDE....CAZ I HAD COILOVERS THAT MADE CRAZY SQUEEEKY NOISE.

I GOT IT FOR 129.00(149.00) INCLUDING SHIPPING.

IT IS NOT TOO BOUNCY AND NOT TOO STIFF. I DON'T KNOW HOW

OTHERS RIDE BUT I WILL RECOMEND THEM.

TIGHT TWO FINGER GAP BETWEEN TIRE AND FENDERS. ( I HOPE THIS SETTLES MORE...I HAVE LIFTING CARS TO FIX SOMETING LIKE EVERY 2-3 DAYS)
