i have a b18c block and i'm thinking of using a ls crank and connecting rods with p30 pistons. I will be using a b16a head.My question is will i gain the same torque as a b18b due to the stroke and what compression should i expect.Also which bearing is the best to use, should i use that of the b18b crankshaft or can the b18c be use. I think that for the con rods the ls bearings is my best bet. :number1 Need your advice man :hehe

hp = tq * rpm / 5252

so you want a small gain in torque at the price of a couple hundred (even maybe thousands) of rpms?

why do you sacrifice rpms? search for r/s ratio.

the r/s ratio is .04 difference which should be safe to rev to 8200rpm :byye
