Hey my friend is currently finishing up his LS/Vtec set-up. He was wondering if it is possible to run a VAFC off a stock LS ECU and Distributor to control his VTEC? Thanks.

no.

it's always better to get a VTEC ecu anyway. the fuel maps are different. go with a p13 from a prelude. the p28 is eh.. i wish i got a p13.

i'm running an p28, why do you say that it's a "ok" setup...
which distributor would go best with this...b18c1 head, b18b1 tranny

stock for stock, i heard the p13 has a closer map to the ITR and CTR than the p28 sohc. on a b18 head i'd stick with a b18 distributor. only reason i got a b16a distributor is 'cause i got the b16a head. why didn't you go with a b16a and why did you change your gs-r into an ls/vtec?
