I've got a 96 Lx and have a regular intake on it. Problem is that I have a strut bar but it won't fit over the intake. What do you guys with DX and LX do to make them fit, or do you make them fit?

YOU CAN MAKE IT WORK

YOU CAN MAKE IT WORK, BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME CREATIVITY. THE PROBLEM IS THE THROTTLE BODY IS VERTICAL. BUT YOU CAN GET AROUND THIS PROBLEM IF YOU USE A 90 DEGREE RUBBER HOSE OFF OF THE THROTTLE BODY THIS SHOULD LOWER IT ENOUGH TO CLEAR THE STRUT BAR. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I HAD A CAI ON MY CIV, AND THATS WHAT I DID WITH THE TURBO FOR CLEARANCE AS WELL.....GOOD LUCK

I dont have a pic but its just a 90 degree rubber elbow.
should be able to find it at any auto parts store.
im not using it now i had an aluminum one fabbed by a muffler shop.
