steps:
1-insert key in ignition
2-press and hold down the trip reset button
3-[while still pressing on the trip reset button]
turn the key to ON[do not start the car], leave it on ON
4-continue to press on the trip reset button for about another 10 secs or so
turn the key back to off then your done.
