and that is with the old tried and true traditional small block chevy - I wouldn't even be suprised if its got a carb as well.

i doubt it is carb sense it has twin turbos

turbos were invented way before EFI - so that should answer that.

i'm not saying that you can't have a carburated turbo, but it is alot less likely then a EFI turbo.
