If it wasn't spinning lol, he wouldn't be running windows, not being able to even have the option to restart.. so that's not the problem.SickAssCivicXX said:your Hard Drive spinning ? If the HD does not spin when your PC is powered on then you have a bad HD or possibly worse a fried motherboard.
