yup, his first e36 m3, a 99 dakar yellow, was stolen outside his hotel near la guardia airport after he was at a car show. it was mainly a show car and it was dropped like crazy.

but now he has his 95 ferrari yellow m3 (originally avus blue) and it is a stage 3? turbo project from Active Autowerkes. makes 458 rwhp @ 17 psi, like 385 rwhp @ 11 psi & runs an 11.8 or something at 11 psi.
