hey all, im new to photography, but looking around all the pics and all, its awesome how to make a picture of anything intresting. im far from having good equipment, all i have is a fujifilm finepix camera and a tripod. i went out a couple nights ago to see what i could do, so heres what i got. could use some help on angles and lighting and such... wondering if you guys can help me out there.

Its not bad but you should crop it a little bit so the street light and the flash glare on the bottom doesnt show or atleast the bottom cause its too bright.
Also turn off or cover your turn signal, also very bright. Play with the shutter speed if you have that option in the camera and avoid the flash.

I would not say to avoid flash but to use it properley. Check out some photography books to help you to understand flash. Most people use it wrong. But flash can be very helpfull.
