Ok, these are 1/4 mile times for a STOCK 2002 5-speed EX Coupe.
I have six runs...
16.4,16.3,16.2,16.2,16.0,15.8!
15.8! ON a stock Civic!

I had...

I usually launched at about 4500-5000, and I would slip off the clutch. It would have a little bit of spin and then I just floored it. Then I just shifted fast, chirped second and third on one of my runs:). My 0-60ft times were from 2.3-2.5, and these were on stock tires set to about 19 PSI.

I took all the cars off the line, a Ford F-150 Lightning, a 2000 Honda Prelude, a Chevelle that ran 12's, a Daewoo Nubira, and a 1999 Trans-Am.
