since you have the engine in pieces work on the head get a Zex cam. They emphasize on duration so you get good exhaust scavenging. I heard that you should stay away from Crower i read on some sites where there cams have broke. Plus they are expensive. [/B]

Actually, I was doing some research on SOHC cams a while ago, and IIRC, the Zex cam and the Crower cam are the EXACT same part.

They even have the same part number.
