Ok, so i'm taking the advice of one of the members here, "you can't find what you want, make it" . I need help on HOW to make a custom fiberglass trunk lip.

Now I know the materials im going to need for the wing. Fiberglass and fiber cloth. but i dont know what to mold it on or fill the wing with so its not just a shell.
Can anyone help me?
