need info on s2000

To insure a 17 yrs old driver in a S2000 would be really expensive. I would say 3000+.

yup...at least 3k...since its a convertible its gonna cost you an arm and a leg...which was the main reason why i never got to get my Suzuka blue s2k =(

Are you sure??? thats freaking hell high man...my friend w/ a 02' M3 whos only 16 1/2 pays only 4k a year! I'm 18 and I pay 2200$ for my RSX-S....

17 and a NEW car!

Im in my mid 20s and i NOW own my own car, actually 2 years ago.

when I was 17 I had to USE my parents accord.
when I was 16 I had to USE my parents sentra.

I believe that it's the YOUNG'Ns that phuck everything up for everyone else, insurance wise!

first i'd like to say.. GJ! getting a car like that and all.. sigh.. i never will get one of those.. (maybe i'll theft one.. ) but anyways...

probably 3.5k in the U.S and where i live (canada eh) probably 4k a year.. i mean lets face it.. it's the top of the line model of honda, it has a 240 hp inline 4 cyclinder engine which means you'll probably go really really fast with it.. (lets just hope you do ), and it's a great target of car theifs and vandals, sides it cost 49k (where i live)

Dude just put the car under your parents name and you wont have to pay that much. Thats what i did and my parents only pay
80 dollars full coverage on hers and liability on mine and i pay 53dollars.

By the way my mom drives a 2k2 neon es sedan and i drive 89 civic sedan.

That's canadian dollars not american.

As for insurance it will be very high ($3k+)........AND I really hope you havbe experience behing the wheel before you hop into one of those things. It's not a good first car at all.
