First off, you have a D16Y7, not a D15B.
Go to RockAuto Parts Catalog
Look up 1996 Honda Civic 1.6
They have a bunch of re-manufactured starter motors there. You have to make sure you pick one for either Auto trans or manual trans and make sure it's not a "for California" starter.
