I bought an EG Hatch that had already been tuned with NepTune. The problem is that the current tune is a Fuel Economy tune that he had put on the chip. I can't find any software to tune with neptune besides the NeptuneRTP software. So my question is where do I find software to tune with NepTune or can I just tune it with Crome or someother tuning software?

You can get the neptune software on their site, you just need the serial number off the chip/ecu to confirm you have it.

Ok so the RTP software is the right thing? That is what I downloaded but I wasn't sure if it was only for the RTP. So I just have to put the serial number of the chip/ECU into the software and it should be ready to go?

If you only have the chip version you can datalog with the NepTune RTP software. The chip version can only be tuned by a dealer so you'll need to go see Joe @ Locash Racing for a retune or upgrade to the RTP package to do the tuning yourself.
