i have a 97 lude it eats up oil and i was wondering if there was any way i can complain enough to try and get a new motor from honda because i have to put in like 3 or 4 quarts in between oil changes and my friends never even have to add oil so let me know if there is anything i can do?

first off,check for leaks,if u dont find any just try going to a thicker oil grade

what's the mileage on your stock engine?

the stock engine has 68000 miles on it its a 97

cause that could explain it..
