I have a 1.75 d in front and 1.5 rear have stock tires still 195/55/15 i like the way they look for the gap in the wheel well ,but would 205/50/15 be better for my car ? but that will be aless tall side wall correct will this make abig difference in the gap thanks for your help.

It's not noticeable at all. Plus wider tires equal better cornering unless all you care about is looks. The Civic Si/SiR was meant to corner and handle.

The side wall only ends up being 0.2 inches less then the stock tire (4.2 with 195/55/15 vs. 4.0 with 205/50/15).
