i have an LS with itr pistons, stock rods, and arp rod bolts, dsm 390cc inj, and a 255lph intank. just wondering if you guys think i'll be ok to run a 75 shot using dry shot and a tuned nitrous map. pretty much a wet kit just using computer to add fuel. tried the stickys link but it is closed. thanks guys.

im running eCtune with a nitrous map adding the fuel. i only need to use the nitrous solenoid from my wet kit i had. so i guess technicly it is a wet shot since both fuel and nitrous are being added.

you dont generally want to use nitrous with itr or ctr pistons. the pistons are cast and to a point are brittle. When you raise the cylinder pressures as high as nitrous does you run a real chance of destroying the pistons around the ring lands...with jsut a straight ls and itr pistons..i'm going to bet your compression is around11:1. I wouldnt honestly run nitrous on this setup beyond a 50 shot and I'd be wary with that as well even with adding the extra fuel.
