I went to the races in sylmar calif. There were at least 400 cars there at 150 a pop for impound fees! Every single car got impounded just for watching! Not to mention spectator tickets, dui's and drugs....anything they can bust you for under the hood! Even engine dress up gets a ticket!

I got a spectating ticket, and I had to pay 170.00 to get my car out.
