O2 sensor wiring

I have a 92 civic Cx it has only 1 wire for the O2 sensor. Did a D16z6 swap which need a O2 sensor with 4 wires. My question is are the 2 wires that don't go to the ecu just grounds. Or do I have to splice them in some place.

if i remember right
its one is a ground one is a signal and the other 2 are power or its 1 power and 1 more ground...

the o2 sensor has to heat up first before it can be accurate
