OBD2 to OBD1 adapter harness......

I found the wire schematic on jdmfan.com, and everything is ok so far except I was wondering if anyone has figured out what to do with pin C8 on the OBD2 harness, its called the K-line, and has to do with signalling data back and forth b/w the diagnostic computer and the ECU when hooked up to the plug in the lower rigth driver side under dash..... Any help would be appreciated.......
