First of all. It is illegal to convert an odb2 car to odb1. You shouldn't be able to pass inspection.
If you choose to do it anyways. Get and odb2->odb1 conversion harness. I believe that skunk2 makes them and several others as well. Then just throw in a hondata stage 2 or something while you are at it.
Based on your sig, I don't think that converting to odb1 is worth the effort unless you have big plans for a turbo or a swap and some serious NA work down the road.
