Alright, I have a 99 Civic EX (OBD2) and I'm interested in converting into a OBD1. I've searched around but I couldn't find anything except that I've read OBD2 cars get minimal gains from i/h/e. Is this true?! Well anyways, I just want to know how much would it cost to convert into an OBD1 and where can I get it for a reasonable price.
