oil catch can?

can some one explain how an oil catch can works, where it goes connected, and post some pics if possible? thanks

An oil catch can will be routed either between the crankcase breather line and the intake manifold, or the valve cover breather and the intake take pipe up stream of the turbine ( a vacc only source). As far as the pcv line where does it tie back into your intake, that would be the big deciding factor. PS don't buy an expensive catch can you can make one buy using a fuel filter, from any auto parts store, I have been using one for a few weeks it works great!

does it have to be air tight? or not, do you have any pics of your set up you can share? thanks

What exactly did you do for the custom catch can?
