my friend always has drops on oil on this exhaust tip. Why does this happen? And how can you get rid of it?

What color is the exhaust smoke? What does it smell like? It might just be that your running very rich. Does he have A/F gauge?

he hasnt changed the Air/Fuel ratio or anything. in fact, he doesnt have any engine mods......he just put the muffler on, and it started appearing....
