I just updated to Windows XP but now when i try to play counter strike or day of defeat it doesn't let me choose OPEN GL its says my video card cant do it, even though when i had Me i would let me choose it, anyone know how i can make it work again

try reset ur comp to the default setting. u must have a master recovery disk to do this and it will delete all ur files and reinstall all the software that didnt come with ur comp. have fun!

not totally related to you but, last semester i had to take a programming class in OPENGL and i tried installing it on XP and came across quite some problems while compiling. Works on NT stations and ME. dont know bout 98 sorry. good luck

I would say that there is something wrong with your video card driver. Maybe the XP version of your driver isn't updated yet to support Open GL.
