p73 ecu vs p72

is ther any diffrence between the p73 ecu from the b18c5 and the p72 ecu from the b18c1

is there any gain running the p73 on the b18c1 motor?

The P72 has a function to open the secondary runners on the uintake and has a lower Vtec engagement point. If your running a GSR manifold, you need to run the GSR ecu.....

to add to what was said...

A/F tuning is different as well. Redline and fuel cutoff is differnt due to the different valvetrain/cams being used.

This is common knowledge to not use it unless you have a sigle stage IM and mods to support it.

to sum it up it will make your car run worse and not operate right if you wanted to run off something like that you could get a chipped ecu with a nice base map i guess
