I have a P75 (integra ECU) installed in my 91 Accord EX OBD-1.

My car is turbo, the modded chip installed is running rich.

I need help to make it run optimal. Even when ideling it goes Rich.

How can I modify my A/F ratios?

Is it possible to do that realtime on the car?

Like drive the car and datalog ratios then modify them right there?

Please help.

you need to do some more researching. what chip are you running? is it just a basemap? or is it one of those ebay mugen, spoon, bullshit chips?

you need to look into getting a ROM editor like Hondata, Uberdata, Crome, Neptune, etc... and put a ZIF socket on your ECU if it doesnt already have one and edit your fuel and timing maps with the ROM editor. This isnt something anybody can do, you gotta know what you are doing as your engine's life depends on it.

read these to get an idea

if all of this is completely gibberish to you i suggest you buy Hondata, Crome Pro or Neptune if its available in your area and bring your car to a tuner that is comfortable tuning with one of these programs.
