I've heard of a few people having these kits on their cars. Anyone have them or know how much they run for? Also, any pics of what the beam looks like and where they are sold?

Yeah, I know...but I'm still interested if anyone does have any info on the Philips kit. I haven't made definite plans on getting HID's, I just wanted some info.

the higher the K you go the less light output of lumens(Actual light.) So don't get suckered by a deal that has a high K rating. It's about how much you can get on the ground.

Thanks for the info. I'm curious, if the Benz HID's cost $1500, how do you sell a kit equal in caliber to those for $600? I'm not doubting your quality, but you can understand where I'm coming from.

Sure get a Benz and take it to the dealler for an Oil Change at the dealler let me know what they want for it...

Then take it to a local Shop (Mom & Pop station) and you'll pay $19.95

I'd rather take an hid kit out of an audi and put it in my car. True Hids. remeber, they only look good when you have that projector lens.

MegaMax described it earlier. The higher the number, the less light output there is.

before you buy the phillips' kit look at these:

I had the phillips kit and ended up braking a bulb after I had the kit a while (my fault).
I couldn't find a replacement bulb and had to buy a new kit.

The Autolites kit comes with a one year warranty and unbeatable customer service. Plus if you need a bulb or ballast or any other part you can get it.

I got my kit for $535 with next day air shipping.

Nope, sorrry I had to sell my digital camera so I could get the first phillips HID's

My car was in the body shop for 6 weeks getting my JDM conversion done and I was dying to mod it when I got it back.
