Pic of 6G with eibach pro kit?

1014 Views 9 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  thaseint
Anyone have a pic of a 6G coupe with the eibach pro kit. I just installed it and my front end still looks quite high. The rear is perfect, but you can't really tell that the front was dropped at all. My girls stock 95EX sits lower than my front end. I'm wondering if I did everything correctly.

I've done a search on this already, and no luck... Any pics would be greatly appreciated.

this would help me out tooooo. Post um up please.
my friends civic has a 2 finger gap in the front and 1 finger in the back

its sagging though
so i think your springs are gonna sag
I have a Pro-kit...here's a pic...don't know if it'll help your or not, but you can kind of get an idea of how much lower the front end is. The Pro-kit really doesn't lower your car all that much, on mine it basically eliminated most of the wheel gap.

If you really aren't happy with your drop I recommend getting a lip, because it really does make your car appear a lot lower. Also wait for the springs to settle a little. I know once I installed the springs, shocks/struts the drop wasn't that dramatic; however, after about 4 weeks it started to look much lower.

Thanks for the assistance people. However I think that I found the culprit. I already have a ctr front lip and I measured the other day, the front end of the car is higher than the rear. I measured this at the car jack up points on the underside of the chassis.

I currently have a 4+ finger gap in the front and a finger and a half in the rear. I've had the shocks/springs in for nearly a month, so they have probably settled all that they are gonna settle.

You'll never guess what the problem was. I'm using koni yellows which do not have the spring perches built onto the shock. I installed the perch in the front upside down. So the car is sitting about about 1.5 to 2" higher than it would if the perch were the other way around. So I need to go back in there and flip those things over.

I'm a big goofball. This is so silly that it is funny :)

What do you mean Sagging... like a 'caddy with a body in the trunk' sagging??

is that common with Pro kits?
Fixed it today. Flipped the spring perches over in the front, and voila, a nice 2 finger gap like it is supposed to be. Ride quality greatly improved as well. I was grinnin' from ear to ear when I was looking for good exit ramps and clover leafs earlier this evening :)

DUDE!!!! I wonder if that's what I did. I have koni reds and am running neuspeed sofsports. The back sits perfect....less than a finger gap....the front is a 4 finger gap.

How can I tell?
