Does it read ID3 tags? I'm looking for an MP3 hu, too... hmmm.

look up the Rockford fostgate or Kenwoods. I purchased the Rockford.

Yeah it does read ID3 tags, basically all of the new MP3 headunits read ID3 tags. You can read more info about basically all of the MP3 headunits out there at:
