does anyone here have any piping for a turbo on a 4th generation prelude? or can anyone here make it? lemme know..

You should be able to find someone locally to help you build your piping. Its not a difficult task but I would suggest getting mandrel bent piping and have it tig welded for clean strong welds. If you are on a tight budget and peak performance and looks are of minimal concern a muffler might be able to custom bend some piping for you.

It would be difficult for someone abroad to custom build your piping without having the car there for fitment.

magnaflow sells mandrel bent pipes used for exhaust or intercooler piping. buy some of that and cut it where you need to and have it welded.
