PLEASE HELP for LSD and CLUTCH

I am about to buy a limited slip differiential from phantom. But now i heard that they are no good. Anyone knows anything about them. And if there no good where can i get a better one.
I would buy this at mmrusa.com

I also want to buy a clutch from clutch net. A 6 button ez lok with a 40 % upgraded pressure plate. Is that any good.

By the way it's for a jdm b16a1 engine.

I'd say go with a Quaife LSD instead. Inlinefour sells them but I saw it on groupbuycenter for a lot less just yesterday. For clutch I would recommend the exedy organic.
