Uh....are u talking about mines? If you are its called cell shading but i just call it making it cartoony. Its not that hard just time consuming and a steady hand. I think this is the thread if u want to learn. I personally didnt check that page out but i just glanced at it and it looks like it has the same concept. So check it out

yup... took a good chunk of time but its purely freehand. all the reflectors and lights were freehand.
