Register with an online photo host. Open up fully the pic (by clicking onto it untill it fully opened) and then get the url and click "IMG" button and paste it in there. Click OK and Submit the post.

Minimise all windows and make sure the curser is pointing to the desktop. Hold down Alt and press Print Screen. Open up a new page on photoshop and paste it in there (Ctrl + v). Then Save for Web and upload to host etc etc.
