Post your set-up and how you like or dislike it!!

Mine is in the sig, but here again for you who may have that feature turned off:

Neuspeed Sport springs
Bilstein HD shocks
no camber kit yet

The ride is awesome! Looks good when moving (looks even)
If parked on level ground the front has 2 finger gap while the rear has 1. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it!!!!!

Looking to change out my springs now

APC coils, On stock shocks and an APC upper front sway bar.

FUTURE PLANS
I am strongly thinking of air bags.If not that then KYB adjustables, urathane brushing kit, upper and lower sway bars front and rear, and maybe monkey bars.
pro kit and koni yellows, hate the pro kits, they are good ride but not low enough

anyone had experience with vis vspec'?

Definetly, pro-kits aren't low enough. I have had my Ground Controls on for about a week now and I love them. Would recommend them to anyone in the market for a sleeved coilover system.
Eibach Pro-Kit
Bilstein shocks
Complete Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing kit (control arms, rear trailing arms, steering rack, sway bar end links, motor mount inserts.)
Neuspeed strut bar
14" OEM wheels 185/60-14 tires (Have run Yokohama, now Avon)
Factory front and rear sway bars

The tires were first, OEM sucks, best place to start upgrades. The Yokohamas (A509's? I forget exact model, it's been a few years.) stuck great but were too much tire for stock suspension. The Avons are a lighter touring type summer tire with less grip at the extreme limits but are actually faster in the corners with such a low-torque engine. Bigger and stickier is not always faster.

The strut bar was second. Made a huge difference in steering accuracy. Car now tracks steady at 100mph+ when I hit a bump in the road where I used to have to make a correction.

Next I did the shocks and springs. Mixed sucess here. Handling was definately improved, much higher limits, great transitional control, very neutral. The ride quality is strange - bouncy during normal driving, but when pavement gets rough the tires stay planted. The harder I drive it or the crappier the road surface the better it all works. I just think the Bilsteins are slightly under dampened for the initial rate of the springs. What really sucks is that I'm now about to have it all dissassembled for a 3rd time since I keep having a problem with the the ride height being uneven. (Last time we swapped left and right springs and it was even. ) Would not run this combo again, next time I'd want full adjutable shocks and coilovers that fit Eibach ERS springs so I can tune ...

The Energy Supension bushings are awsome. Excellent steering feel and accurate control, best overall improvement and definately worth the investment. The down side is a very difficult install and the noise they make.

I included the motor mount inserts because they definately reduced wheel hop during hard launches.

Next up I'm going to a 15" steel wheel with Plus 1 tires that can take advantage of the harder bushings - assuming we get the shocks / springs level again.

Had to update - bought new tires today...

Eibach Pro-Kit springs
Bilstein shocks
Complete Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing kit (control arms, rear trailing arms, steering rack, sway bar end links, motor mount inserts.)
Neuspeed strut bar
15" steel wheels from 02 Civic
205/50VR15 Vredestein Sportrac tires
Factory front and rear sway bars
Eibach pro-kits
bilstein shocks
Skunk2 coils for 3g interga
Tokico non-adj shock
205/50-15 kuhmo ecsta supra's

combo works very well. but i need a front sway bar, car tends to have slight oversteer.
mine's all in the sig, but it took a few tries to get it right,
1st: Tokico Blues w/ Prokit
2nd: Tokico Blue's w/ Skunk2 Coilovers
3rd and final: in the sig...

how much do they lower?
neuspeed race springs (from 94+ integra)
koni yellow shocks
energy suspension master bushing kit.
suspension techniques front+rear sway bars.
AC carbon fiber front tower bar
AC rear lower tie bar
205/40-17 Pirelli P7000 mounted on Koning Toxxins

the drop is very low. the front tires are fully tucked, half of the rear tires are tucked. the ride is very very stiff but not bouncy at all. it sticks to the ground very good and it understeers way less than it did when the suspension was stock. its possible to make the rear of the car to come around in tight turns.
i have no complains about the setup.
