I've seen some previous posts about the Greddy turbo that's getting ready to be released. I'm very interested in this setup. I'm considering doing pistons, rods and cams. Has anyone attempted to install pistons and rods themselves? I try to do all of my own installs, but me and my group of guys have never attempted any internal installs. This install would be going into a 99 Prelude base.

Mprsiv99,
I've installed all of those things on my turbo GSR swap. I'm not sure what kind of boost levels you're interested in running, but anything under 10psi, pistons and rods just aren't worth the time/money IMO. Cams are a different story if you're also installing adjustible gears and you've got access to a dyno in order to tune. With turbo cams, the idea is to remove as much overlap as possible in order to keep the cylinders pressurized. If you have any specific questions, feel to message me on AIM or shoot me an email message.
