i have a 96 civic with a b16 for some reason the idles fairly rough. i goes up and down and sometime when warming it up it completely shuts off. it also sometime sputters a bit while i'm driving. i changed the plugs and i replaced the iac valve ( i thought that was the problem). Please help!!!!

Take off your FITV under the throttle body with 3 bolts, take it apart (easy) and clean it, put it back together being sure to screw down the plastic nut(?) all the way tight. That should help a little. Then just use the idle air screw to adjust the warm idle.
