What's up everyone - well I just bought my girl a 98 Civic DX 4Dr and she's looking for a cruiser with "basic" engine mods.

The car is dropped and riding on 17" racing hart 3 piece m5 rims.

We decided upon a kit which is going to be the complete urethane buddy club kit - small vis touring spoiler - shaved emblems - m3 mirrors. Now that I orderd all of that I need to decide upon paint.

I sersiously at a loss with paint ideas. I'm thinking a dark orange/red with tons of silver metallic flake. Or light pastel yellow with silver flake. I'm not sure though. Any ideas? pictures to support your ideas would be great! I'll try to find some.

When the kit arrives and the car is getting ready to literarly become a show car - I'm going to take a million picuters step by step and post em on my site.

I just went to Versus yesterday to by an air filter for my intake - I don't like their location, store or parking lot - its too ghetto. Plus tons of fake mo fo's are always up in that store. They are always runnin their mouth about what they are gonna do, but probably never will.

ok the kit and paint has been decided - Full buddy club urethane - with m3 mirros - lexus IS300 yellow paint with tons of silver metallic flake. Should be finished by the end of this month. I will post pics of the process.

also, fuck Versus. those god damn bastards are always trying to fuck you over on everything. if you ask them how much something is, they always raise the price 20-50 more bucks.

anyways, i suggest buying all your parts online. that way, you know when you order shit, not "oh well, we'll order your part at the end of the month with our other stuff" and that way, you know when it will show up also.

i should be getting my car pieced back together here pretty soon, so if your ever in north Phoenix (bell rd, 35th ave) look for a primer grey 94 sedan with a coupe front bumper and aluminum wing on the back.

The business is asian owned - there is a certain way asians do business - notice how hardly any of their shit has a price tag on it!! They make their own prices, they raise prices especially for white people who they never seen before. You gotta build a relationship with them. But I never buy from there unless I need a part - I only buy bulbs, air filters, small shit like that.

I live at 75th ave and Bell Rd - but I'm gonna order the kit through asylumms.com - I don't deal with this "fuckin-2-month-later-and-the-kit-is-at-my-door-bullshit" - If it aint at my door within 7 to 10 days - I get a refund and take my money elsewhere.

I'm hoping my sedan is gonna look tight - I want a light bright yellow and I'm going to dump tons of metallic flake in it. I'm looking for some pro painters that know what they are doing around phoenix. I think I'm going to look for new side skirts other than the buddy club - hopefully everything will be done before the end of the month.
